Alu-Alu Cold Forming
Plain and printed cold forming alu-alu foil/laminate. The foils are suitable for High speed packing applications in pharmaceuticals and provide very strong barrier to UV rays, Moisture & Gases. These foils are especially suitable for the drugs that are easily affected by humidity as each medicine blister unit provides adequate protection which remains intact even when other units in the pack are opened and consumed.
Strip Foil
PVC Films
PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) and PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) are used in pharmaceuticals as primary packaging materials, which protect pharmaceutical product against Oxygen and odour, moisture , water vapour transmission ,contamination and bacteria.
These properties make PVC/PVDC the material of choice for blister packaging. available in sizes – 40 g/m² PVDC ,60 g/m² PVDC ,90 g/m² PVDC 120 g/m² PVDC.
Blister Foils
Plain or printed laminated aluminum foil for strip pack – These soft aluminum foils are suitable for strip packaging of Pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, etc.
They are manufactured in different gauges with most common being 25µ/30µ/40µ for pharmaceutical applications. The foils have LDPE Laminated on one side & other side is printed. Aluminum Strip Foils can be made available in various sizes and specifications as per our customer’s requirement.
Chocolate Foils
Chocolate products, sweets and Confectionery must be protected against light, humidity and air. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent any release of fat from chocolate and to preserve its characteristic flavor. and chocolate must also be protected from fat penetration and from losing its aroma. The chocolate is packed in non-coated, one or two side transparent lacquer coated, or thermoplastic lacquer coated aluminium foil.
